Privacy policy
This page explains what data the synapsecrm.io website collects and how it is used. It does not cover data processed in the Synapse CRM application, which is governed by the customer contract.
Data collected
When you write to us or request a demo, we receive the information you enter: name, company, job title, email, phone and message. Demo bookings go through Cal.com, embedded in the Demo page, which applies its own privacy policy; the demo then takes place on Google Meet.
Use
This information is used only to respond to your request and organise the demo. It is never sold or transferred.

In accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hello@synapsecrm.io.
